User License Agreement for Personal Non-Commercial Use

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT between you ("THE USER") and the owner of the software ("Licensor" or "us"), which covers your use of the program, related software components, and documentation (all of which are referred to herein as the "Software").
Before using the software, you must read carefully the conditions set out in the agreement and all the supplementary license conditions which are mentioned (hereafter referred to as "the agreement"). When installing and using the software, the user should accept the conditions of the agreement.
Grant and Limitations
Any users (includes individual user, computer manufacturers or PC vendors) who agree to be bound by the terms of this license can distribute, install, copy, backup, or upload the software to computers or websites without the author's permission, but the user must mention the license of the software when distributing / installing the software to /for any other third user / party.
The Software may not be used for direct or indirect commercial (includes non-profit, or revenue-generating business) purposes without first obtaining a Commercial Use License. If you would like to use the Software for purposes other than your personal, non-commercial use, you must obtain the necessary licenses by purchasing the software, you can purchase the software after installing the software for commercial in 30 days. We have worked hard to create these programs that are centered on the varied needs of users. The software's success depends on your support.
Commercial Use
If you have purchased license of the software, you can use it for commercial.
A. These license terms permit installation and use of one copy of the SOFTWARE on one device, along with other rights, all as described below.
B. Installation and Use Rights. Before you use the software under a license, you must assign that license to one device. That device is the "licensed device." A hardware partition or blade is considered to be a separate device.
C. Licensed Device. You may install and use one copy of the software on the licensed device.
D. Portable Device. You may install another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device.
E. Volume Licenses. AUTHOR supplies great discount for Volume Licenses. If you have purchased Volume Licenses (you specified several copies of the software when you purchased it), the Software may be installed and used for internal purposes only. The quantity of your licensed device on which the software is installed is no more than one times of licenses. You may install another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary user of every license.
Prohibited Uses
You may not, without the prior written permission of AUTHOR: Disassemble, decompile or "unlock", decode or otherwise reverse translate or engineer, or attempt in any manner to reconstruct or discover any source code or underlying algorithms of SOFTWARE provided in object code form only.
Copyright
The software is confidential and protected by a copyright. The software property and all the intellectual property rights which stem from it belong to the Addintools.com and/or its authors.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The licensee agrees that any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. The regents make no representation or warranty that the software will not infringe any patent or other proprietary right. In no event shall the regents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Termination
This License is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Regents if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. You may terminate the license by giving written notice of termination to the Regents. Upon termination of this License, you shall immediately discontinue all use of the Software and destroy the original and all copies, full or partial, of the Software, including any modifications or derivative works, and associated documentation.
This Agreement shall be effective upon your acceptance by choosing the "Accept" button.
