Rander is CTI-software geïntegreerd met Panasonic PBX. Rander brengt de twee belangrijkste communicatiemiddelen: de computer en de telefoon. Met de Panasonic PBX en Rander samen, PC en telefoon werken als een apparaat. Uw bedrijf kan veel effectiever te werken met Rander als het geeft je een basis call center-functionaliteit. Uw werknemers kunnen meer gesprekken in de dezelfde hoeveelheid tijd en u kunt uw klanten nog betere zorg. Rander toont real-time PBX call activiteit, shows klantgegevens op inkomende oproepen, en geeft u de mogelijkheid om bij te houden en controle op alle oproepen.
